​At the turn of the century, the ‘Shingle Style’ architecture of coastal New England,
exhibited a rich tradition of style and design.  Those surviving seaside homes and buildings
are admired today for their enduring qualities of proportion, and architectural detail. In our pursuit
of creating fine homes, these traditional design elements, and materials of the past, are what we value today.


​William Ross Design is a small architectural design firm that has been established here on the Seacoast since 1991.
We specialize in creating elegant custom homes that are historically inspired, yet accommodate the needs of
today’s family and modern lifestyles.
